My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable with separate bathrooms, but the absence of a kettle was inconvenient as I had to pay for hot water for my coffee. The service was generous with towels and the staff were helpful, but I was disappointed when they refused our request without checking the hotel occupancy. The location was convenient for visiting the Grotto of Our Lady, with a short walk of 5 to 10 minutes, but the noise from the lifts could be bothersome. The dining experience was fair, with a lack of variety in the daily offerings. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel provided basic amenities and was close to the river.
